Their primary foucs is to offer quality, individually tailored care in our state-of-the-art fitness and wellness space. Our personalized and integrative approach are for those seeking more from their rehabilitation experience. After an in-depth evaluation to assess your condition, your Physical Therapist will customize a personal program combining therapeutic exercises, Kineseology, Pilates principles, stretching and pressure techniques, to restore mobility and rehabilitate the affected body part or joint. Each patient is given take-home exercises designed to support their physical therapy program and prevent future injury.

  • Thorough Initial ealuation and bio-mechanical assessment of your condition
  • Range of motion, strengthening, endurance and stability exercises with proper body mechanics
  • Tailored patient care plan and take-home exercises
  • Core strengthening and body awareness using Pilates principles
  • Posterior Chain activation using Foundation Training principle
  • Manual therapy using Maitland, Mulligan and McKenzie techniques
  • Kinesio Taping to decrease pain and facilitate range of motion
  • Gait Training, including stairs & curbs with proper use of cane, crutches and/or walkers
  • Ergonomics consultation designed by Humanscale
  • Post surgical rehabilitation: We’ll be working closely with your surgeon regarding your plan of care
  • Physician Supervised, multi-disciplinary care (Chiropractics Acupuncture Massage)

Working alongside the Doctors at Hudson Spine and Pain Medicine, our expert Physical Therapists evaluate your condition and customize individual programs combining therapeutic exercises, Pilates principles, stretching and pressure techniques, to restore mobility and rehabilitate the affected body part or joint. Conditions commonly treated: Joint pain including the areas of the elbow, shoulder, foot, hand/wrist, heel, and knee. Injuries, pain or discomfort of the spine including the lower back, neck, scoliosis, sciatica, sports related injuries and disc herniation.
